Huawei appointed Director and PD will be issuing Volenday marked Incentives vouchers “2020 Galloping Horse Award” in recognition of outstanding performance.

Processing of the Vouchers:

1) Please submit the hardcopy of the Voucher to Volenday office no later than 7th of the following month for Vouchers received on the current month; at Unit 6A, GMA Loubel Plaza, 7514 Bagtikan St. San Antonio Village, Makati City.  You can either handcarry or send the voucher by courier like LBC. Currently, you cannot send to Volenday representative or leave the Voucher at Huawei offices due to building entry restrictions.

Example: Voucher issued to you in month of March 2020 should be submitted to Volenday no later than 7th of April

2) Volenday shall then signed the Voucher on the “ Approved by” portion and will return to you the scanned copy for your records no later than the 14th of the month. Following the above example, on or before 14th April
3) Payment of the incentives will be included in your payroll net of applicable tax of approximately 17% to 25%. The schedule of payout will have dependency on the issuance of PO and related completed Acceptance from Huawei which will take 8 to 10 weeks from the month the vouchers were issued to you provided you have submitted the voucher as per number 1 above.

Example: from the example in number 1, payment will be scheduled on end of May payroll or 15th of June 2020.
